معايير ضمان جودة التّعليم العالي: عرض لبعض النّماذج العالمية

Abstract

تتناول هذه المداخلة جملة من العناصر النّظرية التّي تؤسّس لوضع إطار عام للجودة في التّعليم العالي، من خلال تبيان أهمّيتها في التّنمية المجتمعية، وذلك نظرا للدّور الهامّ لمؤسّسات التّعليم العالي في تنمية المجتمعات الإنسانية. ولمّا كانت الجودة أساس البقاء والاستمرار لأيّ مؤسّسة كانت، توجهت العديد من مؤسسات التعليم العالي العالمية إلى وضع آليات تمكّنها من بلوغ مستوى الجودة، والسّعي للمحافظة عليه، لاعتلاء القمّة في المنافسة، فالجامعة ملزمة بمواكبة التطوّرات والتغيّرات العالمية، لتكون قادرة على مواكبة المتغيّرات العصرية. وفي هذه المداخلة سيتمّ التّطرق إلى أهمّ المحاور التّي تؤدّي إلى فهم واستيعاب فكرة جودة التّعليم العالي، مع محاولة تقديم بعض التّجارب الدّولية الرّائدة في هذا المجال This presentation discusses a number of theoretical elements which constitute a general framework of the quality of the higher education, showing their importance in the community development, given the important role of institutions of higher education in the development of human societies. Given that the quality of survive and continue for any institution, visited many higher education institutions to put in place the mechanisms to reach a level of quality and maintain, and we strive to maintain, to fit on the top of the competition, the League is held to follow the evolution and the global changes, in order to be able to follow the modern variables. In this intervention will be presented, among other important elements to understand and assimilate the idea of the quality of the higher education, with an attempt to international experience leader in this area
