تعزيز القدرة الإبداعية في منظمات الأعمال من خلال التحول الرقمي

Abstract

The study aimed to measure and analyze the correlation and impact between digital innovation in its three dimensions and the creative ability in the institution in its six dimensions. The data was collected from (34) employees in the directorate by relying on the questionnaire as a measurement tool, and by using a number of statistical methods to test the hypotheses of the study. The statistical processing was done to analyze the data using the SPSS program. The results of hypothesis testing have found a statistically significant effect and correlation between digital innovation and creative ability in their various dimensions The study also made some recommendations for institutions of all kinds and the Sonelgaz Distribution Directorate in particular.
