Abstract

ملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع الخلافات الزوجية في منطقة الغرب الإسلامي خلال العصر الوسيط، اعتمادا على كتاب المعيار المعرب لصاحبه الونشريسي، الذي يعتبر من أهم الكتب النوازلية لأي دارس في التاريخ الاجتماعي، وتحاول الدراسة الكشف عن أسباب الخلافات الزوجية التي تجلت مظاهرها فيما هو مادي، والخيانة الزوجية وتعدد الزوجات، إضافة إلى رصد النتائج المختلفة لهذه الخلافات، كان آخرها الطلاق كحل لوضع نهاية لمشاكل الزووجين. Abstract: This study tackles the topic of marital conflicts in the Islamic West region during the middle age. The study depends on Alonchirissi's book "the Arabic criterion" which is considered one of the most important books of Hypocrisy for any researcher in social history. The study is intended to diagnose the causes behind marital conflicts. The results revealed that most conflicts are due to financial problems, polygamy and cheating.
