تمكين العاملين وأثره على تنمية الإبداع في المؤسسة: دراسة حالة مؤسسة فرتيال لصناعة الأسمدة البتروكميوية في الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تبني تمكين العاملين بأبعاده (الحرية و الاستقلالية، العمل الجماعي، التحفيز) وتأثير ذلك على تنمية الإبداع في مؤسسة فرتيال لصناعة الأسمدة البتروكميوية بالجزائر ، ولهذا الغرض فقد اقترح الباحثان نموذجا يتكون من متغير مستقل ومتغير تابع ، وقد أشارت النتائج المتوصل إليها بعد المعالجة الإحصائية بالاعتماد على برنامج spss إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية وأثر إيجابي متوسط للتمكين العاملين على تنمية الإبداع، وبناءا على ذلك قدمت الدراسة جملة من التوصيات ،من أهمها التركيز على مبدأ المشاركة بالمعارف بين الأفراد، مما يزيد من إبداعية الأفراد في إطار فرق العمل المتمكنة. this study aims to identify the degree of adaptation of employees empowerment, (autonomy, teamwork, motivation) and its impact in creativity development in Fertial company, for this purpose ,the researchers designed a study model with two variables independent and dependent, after using the Spss program, the results showed a statistically significant relationship and positive impact between employee empowerment and creativity development ,based on the study provided a list of recommendations, and the most important is focusing on the principle of sharing knowledge between individuals, which increases the creativity In the context of empowered team work..
