Abstract

"يأتي هذا البحث ضمن فنِّ تحقيق التراث، ويهدف لإخراج كتاب لم يُسْبَـقْ أن تمَّ نشره أو طباعته، ويُحَاوِلُ توثيقه في أقرب صورة إلى ما أراده المؤلف أن يكون عليه. ويَسْبِقُ تحقيقَ الكتابِ قسمٌ دراسيٌّ يتضمَّنُ دراسةً مختصرةً لحياة المؤلف، والعصر الذي عاش فيه. أما قسم التحقيق ففيه كتابة نص الكتاب كاملا وفق قواعد الإملاء الحديثة، مع توثيقِ ما يمكن توثيقه، والتعليقِ على ما يحتاج إلى تعليق. واخْتُتِمَ البحث بخاتمة لأهم النتائج؛ منها أن شيخنا الأمير من كبار أعلام الفقه المالكي في زمانه، وأنَّ هذا الكتاب يتميَّزُ بكونه مختصرا في الفقه المالكي، مناسبا لعوام الناس، ميسَّرا لكل من أراد الاستفادة منه –إن شاء الله تعالى-، ثم توصية عرَّجت فيها على أهمية تحقيق المخطوطات لما فيها من ثروة علمية يستقي منها الباحثون العلم والمعرفة.""This research comes within the art of heritage verification, and aims to produce a book that has never been published or printed, and tries to document it in the closest image to what the author wanted it to be.
