الخدمات المالية لمؤسسة بريد الجزائر

Abstract

شهد قطاع البريد وتكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال في الجزائر إصلاحات عميقة في السنوات الأخيرة كان الغرض منها تحديث هذا القطاع وتأهيله كجزء من جهد الحكومة لتنمية البنية القاعدية للاقتصاد الوطني. تمثلت هذه الإصلاحات أساسا في تفويض وظيفة استغلال الخدمة العمومية إلى مؤسستين عموميتين أنشأتا لهذا الغرض هما "اتصالات الجزائر" و"بريد الجزائر". تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استعراض مختلف الخدمات التي تقدمها مؤسسة "بريد الجزائر" التي تواجه تحدي تحسين نوعية خدماتها البريدية والمالية في ظل العجز في الوسائل والإمكانيات وأيضا الكفاءات رغم الإصلاحات التي عرفها القطاع.The postal and information and communication technologies sector in Algeria has undergone profound reforms in recent years aimed at modernizing and rehabilitating this sector as part of the Government's effort to develop the infrastructure of the national economy. These reforms consisted mainly of delegating the public service employment function to two public institutions established for this purpose, namely Algeria Telecom and Algeria Post. This study aims to review the various services provided by the "Mail Algeria", which faces the challenge of improving the quality of postal and financial services in light of the lack of means and possibilities, as well as competencies despite the reforms in the sector.
