متطلبات تطبيق المحاسبة السحابية في الجزائر

Abstract

"هدفت هذه الدراسة الى استيضاح واقع ومتطلبات تطبيق المحاسبة السحابية في المؤسسات الجزائرية وذلك عن طريق إبراز الإطار النظري المحاسبة السحابية من جهة ومن جهة أخرى وما هو واقع تطبيقها تمت الدراسة من خلال محاولة الإجابة على الإشكالية الرئيسية التالية: ما هو واقع متطلبات تطبيق المحاسبة السحابية في المؤسسات الجزائرية؟ و قد تم معالجة الموضوع من خلال شقين أحدهما نظري وآخر تطبيقي، ففي الجانب النظري تم التعرف على عموميات حول المحاسبة السحابية من مفهوم وانواع للمحاسبة السحابية وفوائد تطبيقها ومعوقاتها ومزايا وعيوب المحاسبة السحابية، كما تم التطرق إلى متطلبات تطبيق المحاسبة السحابية ومقارنتها بالمحاسبة التقليدية ونظام المعلومات المحاسبي وكيف تكون الاستفادة منه، أما في الجانب التطبيقي فقد تم إسقاط المعارف النظرية على الواقع العملي باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبيان موزع على عينة من 47 فرد من خبراء محاسبيين ومحافظي حسابات ومحاسبين معتمدين في ولاية الوادي و ورقلة وحاسي مسعود ، كما تواجه المحاسبة السحابية درجة متوسطة من التحديات والصعوبات في سبيل تطوير نظم المعلومات المحاسبية بما يتلأم مع متطلبات لتطبيقها من جهة أخرى."
