Abstract
تعتبر الجريمة والانحراف من الأخطار المهددة بالنظام الأسري والاجتماعي الذي يعيش فيه الفرد، حيث يغيب عليها الأمن والاستقرار والثقة التي تعتبر من ركائز الحياة الناجحة. ولأسرة دور مهم في تحقيق هذا التوازن وذلك من خلال إتباع منهج سليم وقويم في تسيرها. ومن بين مكونات المنهج الصحيح في التعامل هو الحوار الذي يعد ركيزة مهمة في تنشئة الأفراد و وقايتهم من حوادث الحياة. وهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تواجد الحوار الأسري داخل الأسر التي تعاني من اضطراب أو من يعانون من ممارسة الجرائم والانحرافات. حيث أكدت عينة الدراسة على غياب الحوار الأسري داخل أسرهم لأسباب متنوعة.A crime and delinquency of threats to family and social system in which the individual lived,
where miss them security and stability and confidence that are the pillars of a successful life.
And the family has an important role in achieving this balance through sound and healthy
approach in catering. Among the components of the right deal is dialogue, which is an
important pillar in raising individuals and prevent incidents of life And the aim of this study is
to find out how the presence of domestic dialogue within families that suffer from a disorder
or suffer from exercise crimes and perversions. where the sample of the study confirmed the
absence of domestic dialogue within their families for a variety of reasons.
