Abstract

This research deals with the subject of great importance in the field of jurisprudence, namely Makassed approach "Maslahi reasoning when Maalikis" Ibn al-Arabi model ", to find out how to link scientists .Maalikis Shariah its purposes and the interests of taxpayers We need to separate the search for the preliminary definition of the doctrine Maliki and Imam Ibn al-Arabi Find other two also included: interested in the first quarter a statement on the concept of reasoning Maslahi in the Maliki school from the definition of each of reasoning and interest and then the overall meaning of the explanation Maslahi, also touched on the second section of the views of scientists to explain their judgments and authoritative explanation Maslahi and it has been reached that the provisions of the Islamic Sharia citing the interests of its people, and the third section on Maslahi controls reasoning and its relationship to discretionary assets in the Maliki school, in which I conclude that contained a discretionary assets are branches of reasoning out of self interes. The second chapter included practical models of explanation Maslahi at Ibn al-Arabi, as a matter of representation is not limited to the two sections was the first practical models based on the interest base, while the second ensures practical models built by Imam Ibn al- Arabi to bridge the excuses base.
