مساهمة مؤشرات التحليل المالي الحديثة في تقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية (دراسة حالة شركة سونطراك)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى قياس مدى مساهمة مؤشرات التحليل المالي الحديثة في تقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية سونطراك (SONATRACH)، حيث قمنا في الدراسة النظرية بتطبيق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تقييم الأداء المالي لهذه المؤسسة بواسطة مؤشر القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة EVA والقيمة السوقية المضافة MVA، كما ركزت الدراسة على توضيح مختلف المفاهيم المرتبطة بمؤشرات التحليل المالي الحديثة والأداء المالي وتقييم الأداء المالي. أما بالنسبة الى الجانب التطبيقي فقد قمنا بإسقاط الجانب النظري من الدراسة على أرض الواقع، من خلال تحليل القوائم المالية وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة الى أن شركة سونطراك (SONATRACH) حققت قيم اقتصادية مضافة موجبة خلال فترة الدراسة (2020/2022) مما يدل على أنها تتمتع بأداء اقتصادي جيد، كما أنها حققت أيضا قيمة سوقية موجبة وهذا يدل على أنها قد نجحت الادارة في رفع القيمة السوقية للمؤسسة وكذا تحقيق عوائد تساعد على زيادة رأس المال المستثمر. This study aims to measure the contribution of modern financial analysis indicators in evaluating the financial performance of the economic enterprise (SONATRACH). In the theoretical part of the study, we applied the descriptive-analytical method to assess the financial performance of this enterprise using the Economic Value Added (EVA) and the Market Value Added (MVA) indicators. The study also focused on clarifying various concepts related to modern financial analysis indicators, financial performance, and financial performance evaluation. In the practical part, we applied the theoretical aspects of the study to the real world by analyzing the financial statements. The study concluded that (SONATRACH) achieved positive economic value added during the study period (2020/2022), indicating good economic performance. Additionally, it achieved a positive market value added, which signifies that the management succeeded in increasing the market value of the enterprise as well as achieving returns that help increase the invested capital.
