Abstract
The study aimed to identify the effect of leadership skills on the creativity level of workers at
the Boumerdes state headquarters. The descriptive and analytical approach was adopted, and a
questionnaire was developed as a tool for data collection, and it was distributed in a simple random
way to a sample that included (82) respondents from the study population consisting of (140)
individuals, from which (76) questionnaires were retrieved valid for statistical analysis. The
Statistical Package for Social Sciences (spss) was used to process the data, and the study concluded
the following results: The level of commitment of the leadership at Boumerdes state headquarters
with leadership skills from the viewpoint of the respondents Medium; The creativity level of the
workers is also average; There is a significant correlation and impact relationship (α0.05) between
leadership skills and the creativity level of employees at the Boumerdes state headquarters. There
are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample individuals regarding
the level of creativity of workers due to a variable (gender, educational level and occupational
level).
