Abstract

The research paper has tackled chiefly the topic of : The taking into consideration of the human nature according to the religions purposes. It included two chapters : Chapter one : it included the reality of the instinct, its features and characteristics brought by Islamto which it urged. It also highlighted its importance, significance and status in Islamic Law out of four sections . Chapter two : It included the purpose of : Presentation of both religion and human being concerning their existence and manexistance and their impact upon the amendment of the human nature. It also showed the prominent fruit of this amendment the level of the individual, the family, the community and the Islamic nation. This was through three section . The research paper concluded to the achievement that the human instinct intended in verse ( 30 ) thirty of Rum Surah in Qur'an and in the noble Hadith is "Islam" . It is meant the inmate Islamachieved in the creation . Besides, the human nature tendency to benevolence is original, but is obstructed by factors that harmfully affected it, spoil it and change its course afterwards. The research paper has attained the aim that the intents of preservation of both religion and human being have the profound impact in the amendment of the human nature at different levels so that great fruits will arise at the level of individual, family, community and the nation. Key words : to take consideration means to take the matter into account and with great interest The instinct : it is the systemcreated by ALLAH ( God) in the human being to be well prepared for succession an Earth. Purposes :they are intents and objectives traced by ALLAH (God).
