Abstract

The study aimed to know the relationship of knowledge management with organizational creativity at the Venus Foundation. to achieve this, the study sample was selected contained 30 employees from Venus Foundation, the SPSS-V 26 was used to analyse the questionnaire items, by following the descriptive approach. some results were reached, the most important are : the existence of a moderate direct relationship between knowledge management and organizational creativity in the institution under study؛ it was found that there is an intermediate direct relationship between the dimensions of knowledge management, which is represented in the generation, transmission, distribution and application of knowledge in organizational creativity؛ when it was recorded that there was no relationship after organizing and storing knowledge of organizational creativity in the institution under study.
