Abstract

"ىجفت ىحه الجراسة إلى تػضيح دور تكشػلػجيا السعمػمات والاترالات في تعديد السيدة التشافدية لمسؤسدة, ذلظ بجراسة ميجانية عمى مؤسدة اترالات الجدائخ -بالػادي- بالاعتساد عمى وجية نطخ جسيع مػضفي السؤسدة حيث تع تػزيع ( ,)30ومغ ثع تحميل إجابات أفخاد مجتسع الجراسة بالاعتساد عمى بخنامج التحميل الإحرائي ,SPSSوبالتالي فإف ىحه الجراسة خمرت إلى مجسػعة مغ الشتائج أبخزىا وجػد دور تمعبو تكشػلػجيا السعمػمات والاترالات في تحقيق السيدة التشافدية, وانو يداىع بذكل فعاؿ في تحقيق أىجاؼ الجراسة" "This study aimed to clarify the role of information and communication technology in enhancing the competitive advantage of the enterprise, by conducting a field study on the Algeria Telecom –in EL Oude- based on the point of view of all the employees of the enterprise, where (30) were distributed, and then analyzing the answers of the members of the study community based on the analysis program Statistical SPSS, and therefore this study concluded a set of results, most notably the existence of a role played by information and communication technology in achieving competitive advantage, and that it contributes effectively to achieving the objectives of the study."
