تحضير وخصائص أغشية كبريتيد الزنك ZnSالمرسبة بالحمام الكيميائي CBD

Abstract

تضمن البحث دراسة تأثير مدة الترسيب على الخواص البنيوية والبصرية لغشاء كبريتيد الزنك (ZnS)،المحضربإستخدام تقنية الترسيب بالحمام الكيميائي (CBD) في أزمنة مختلفة (h2،h3،h4)، وقد تم تحضير هذه الاغشية في درجة حرارة ( C°80)، حيث بينت نتائج فحوصات الاشعة السينية (DRX) ان الغشاء ذو تركيب عشوائي (Amorphus) بالنسبة للشرائح المرسبة في (h2،h3) ومتبلورة بالنسبة للشريحة المرسبة في (h4) .وتضمنت دراسة الخواص البصرية من خلال اطياف: النفاذية، معامل الامتصاص، الفاصل الطاقي....،وقد لوحظ أن زيادة مدة الترسيب أدى الى نقصان قيم الفاصلالطاقي حيث تتراوح حولي[3,6 ـ eV 3,9]، وكان لزيادة مدة الترسيب تأثير على مختلف الثوابت البصرية. In this thesis, Zinc sulphide (ZnS) thin films were prepared by chemical bath deposition process. The deposition was carried out at a temperature of 80°C with different deposition times (2h, 3h and 4h). The effect of the deposition times on the structural and optical properties of these films was investigated. The X-ray diffraction spectra of chemically deposited ZnS thin films showed the amorphous structure of the films deposited with 2h and 3h while, that deposited with 4 h showed crystallize structure. The optical properties, including the transmission spectra, absorption coefficient and band gap energy of these films were studied. It is observed that the band gap values decreases with increasing time deposition. In the case of CBD films, band gap values varied from 3.6 to 3.9 eV. It’s noticed that the optical properties were influenced by the duration of deposition.
