Abstract

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الئ تسليط الضوء على واقع الاقتصاد الجزائري الذي يعتمد بدرجة كبيرة على الريع البترولي في عملية التصدير و كمورد أساسي في تمويل الميزانية وسياسات تنويعه ، فالاعتماد على مورد واحد كمحرك للنمو الاقتصادي يمكن أن يعرقل أو يوقف عجلة التنمية إذا ما انخفضت أسعاره في الأسواق العالمية. ، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن اقتصاديات المورد الواحد المبنية أساسا على إنتاج وتصدير موارد الطاقة كالاقتصاد الجزائري بحيث يجب أن تفك تبعتها المطلقة للبترول كمورد أساسي للتنمية الاقتصادية، وتتبنى نموذج التنويع الاقتصادي كسياسة تنموية جديدة تستهدف الانتقال التدريجي للاقتصاد الجزائري من التركيز إلى التنويع، بغية خلق مصادر جديدة للدخل بعيدا عن النفط This research paper aims to shed light on the reality of the Algerian economy, which is largely dependent on the petroleum rent in the export process and as a basic resource in financing the budget and its diversification policies, relying on one resource as an engine for economic growth can hinder or stop the development wheel if its prices decrease in the markets Globalism.
