Abstract

تناول هذا البحث في طياته مسألة جديرة بالدراسة والاهتمام وهي مسألة القروض من البنوك عن طريق معاملة الوكالة الوطنية لتشغيل الشباب (لونساج) والتي كثر فيها الأخذ والرد فحاولنا توضيح المسألة وتبيينها وذكر آراء العلماء والفقهاء فيها. تطرقت في هذه الدراسة إلى مبحثين تناولنا في المبحث الأول الجانب التقني الاقتصادي للمعاملة حيث عرفناها وتعرفنا على أنواعها وعلاقتها بالبنك وحدودها اقتصاديا ومجتمعيا أما المبحث الثاني فقد تعرضنا إلى أقوال الفقهاء المجيز منهم والمانع وناقشنا أقوالهم وأخيرا خرجنا بنتائج وتوصيات متعلقة بالموضوع. This research contains an indispensable and essential question for the study. It is the sablicitation of credit after a bank under the framework of the National Agency of Santien Youth Employment (ANSEJ) which generates many questions between young people and we will try in a simple way Shows the ideas and opinions of the scholars and men who know religion in this problem I pointed out in this study of two chapters The first chapter explains the (techno-economic) side how it works and their various types and their economic and social limitations in relation to the bank we in the second chapter the words of the men of religion what is permitted and forbidden to the point of View of religion and we make discussions to prapas his ideas and thoughts and in conclusion we come out of the results and explanations concerning this subject
