Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التحليل المالي المتقدم في تشخيص الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة الحالة المالية لشركة سوناطراك، حيث تطرقنا إلى أهم الأساليب والأدوات الخاصة بالتحليل المالي وكيفية توظيفها في عملية تشخيص الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية. وكانت النتائج المتوصل إليها هي أن التشخيص المالي يعد عملية تحليلية للوضع المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية وهذا باستخدامنا لمجموعة من أدوات التحليل وعلى أساسها يتم استخراج مجموعة من المؤشرات بناء عليها تمكنا من تشخيص الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة واتخاذ القرارات المالية المناسبة التي تمكن المؤسسة الاقتصادية واعتمادا علـى القوائم المالية المستخرجة من نظامها المحاسبي المالي مما يعمل على زيادة القيمة السوقية للمؤسسة في محيطها الاقتصادي والرفع من أرباحها.
