Abstract
يتناول المقال الدور الذي لعبه الوزراء النصارى في البناء المؤسساتي للدولة الإسلامية من خلال ما أضفوا على خططها من المهنية والتخصص إلى حد استطاعت الدولة بسط نفوذها على أقاليمها المترامية ومواردها المتعاظمة. وبقدر ما كانوا عقلها وعينها، بقدر ما زادتهم هذه المناصب ترفعا وتكبرا وثراءً إلى درجة صارت العامة تستعظم مناصب النصارى وتشعر بالنقص حيالهم وتقر بثرائهم وسببا في ثورتهم وغضبهم. The article deals with the roleplayed by Christian ministers in the
institutional construction of the Islamic State through the professionalism
and specializationthey have added to the extentthat the state has
extendedits influence over itssprawlingterritories and growingresources,
and the more they havegrowntheirmind and eye, the more these positions
have increased, they are so arrogant and richthat the public isincreasing
the positions of Christians and feeling inferior to them and
acknowledgingtheirwealth and caused in theirrevolution and anger.
