Abstract

هدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف سياسة الجزائر في تشغيل العاطلين من المتعلمين من خلال جهاز المساعدة على الإدماج المهني الموجه لفئة الشباب حملة الشهادات وأثره في امتصاص البطالة ضمن هذه الفئة، وكذا تتبع اثر السياسة الجديدة للحكومة التي عملت على توظيف المستفيدين من جهاز المساعدة على الإدماج المهني في الإدارات التي يعملون بها واثر هذه القرارات على سوق الشغل في الجزائر This research paper aims to identify Algeria’s policy in employing the educated unemployed through the professional integration assistance device directed at the youth category holders of certificates and its impact on absorbing unemployment within this category, as well as tracking the impact of the new policy of the government that worked to employ the beneficiaries of the professional integration assistance device In the departments in which they work and the impact of these decisions on the labor market in Algeria
