| dc.description.abstract | من أهم المشاكل القانونية التي يثيرها عقد الاحتراف عامة وعقد احتراف لاعب كرة القدم خاصة مشكلة التأمين من حوادث النشاط الرياضي الاحترافي الكروي، فكلما زادت ممارسة النشاط الرياضي زادت حالات وقوع الحوادث الرياضية، وإذا كانت تنمية المهارات الفردية وتشجيع ممارسة النشاط الرياضي والنهوض بقطاع الرياضة وترقيته أمر مرغوب فيه فإنه يجب في الوقت نفسه توفير الوسائل والآليات القانونية الكافية التي توفر سبل مواجهة الحوادث الرياضية، ومن هنا نشأ نظام التأمين ضد حوادث النشاط الرياضي باعتباره آلية قانونية تعمل على جبر الضرر، وهذه الصورة هي التي ستقتصر عليها دراستنا باعتبارها أهم نوع في هذه الصناعة التأمينية المستحدثة ومجال ثري للاستثمار.
