دور القروض المصغرة في القضاء على البطالة دراسة حالة الوكالة الوطنية للقرض المصغر- 2005-2015

Abstract

إن هدف بحثنا هذا هو إلقاء الأضواء حول دور القرض المصغر في المساهمة بشكل فعال في تخفيض معدلات البطالة ، والتي بدورها تخلق مناصب شغل ، وعليه التخفيف من مشكلة البطالة التي تعاني منها أغلب دول العالم وخاصة الدول النامية ، ومن بينها الجزائر التي شهدت ارتفاعات في معدلات البطالة رغم الجهود المبذولة من قبل الحكومة للتغلب على هذه الظاهرة ، وجسدا من خلال إنشائها للوكالة الوطنية للقرض المصغر لتتكفل بتمويل المشاريع المصغرة ،التي تواجه صعوبات في الحصول على القروض من البنوك بسبب ارتفاع معدلات الفوائد التي تفرضها ، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن القروض بدون فوائد التي تمنحها الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر كان لها دور فعال في تخفيض معدل البطالة بولاية الواديThe purpose of this research is to shed light on the role of micro-loan in reducing unemployment and which in turn create job opportunities and then alleviate the unemployment plaguing most countries of the world especially developing countries ,Including Algeria , which witnessed increases in unemployment rates despite efforts by the government , which has adopted the idea of Miniature-loan , And gliding through the establish met of National Agency for the conduct of Almsgraltmuel loan finance small projects ,The study found that a small loan , which gives him the National Agency for minigoing loan is interest-free loan , small loan has contributed to the easing of unemployment in the city of el oued It is considered an effective tool to eliminate this problem
