Abstract

"تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التمويل التضخمي على النمو الاقتصادي (1990-2020)ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لتوضيح الإطار النظري للتمويل التضخمي ومحاولة معرفة العلاقة بينه وبين بعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية (الكتلة النقدية، التضخم والنمو الاقتصادي)، أما الجانب التطبيقي سيتم اتباع المنهج وصفي تحليلي من خلال استخدام أدوات القياس الاقتصادي والمتمثلة في نموذج ARDL باستخدام برنامج Eviews 12 بهدف قياس الأثر والعلاقات المترتبة بين متغيرات الدراسة. باعتبار أن الجزائر قد تعرفت على التمويل التضخمي في الآونةالأخيرة وانتهجته كشكل من أشكال التمويل سنة 2015بسبب التفاوت بين النفقات والإيرادات العامة من جهة وتذبذب أسعار النفط من جهة أخرى، حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية معنوية بين التمويل التضخمي والنمو الاقتصادي. "" The study aims to know the impact of inflationary financing on economic growth (1990-2020). To achieve this, we relied on the descriptive approach to clarify the theoretical framework of inflationary financing and try to know the relationship between it and some economic variables (money mass, inflation and economic growth). As for the practical side, the standard approach will be followed. Through the use of economic measurement tools represented in the ARDL model using the Eviews 12 program in order to measure the impact and the relationships between the study variables. Considering that Algeria has recognized inflationary financing recently and adopted it as a form of financing in 2015 due to the discrepancy between public expenditures and revenues on the one hand and the fluctuation of oil prices on the other hand, as the results of the study showed that there is a significant positive relationship between inflationary financing and economic growth.
