Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر النظام المحاسبي المالي على عرض القوائم المالية، ولتحقيق ذلك إعتمدنا دراسة ميدانية على مستوى مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بالوادي، كعينة عن تطبيق هذا الأخير في المؤسسات الجزائرية، وقد تخللت زيارتنا مقابلات مع مسؤولي مصلحة المالية والمحاسبة، كما كانت لدينا الفرصة للإطلاع على بعض المستندات والوثائق وتحليلها من أجل الإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج كان من أهمها التأثير الواضح والكبير للنظام المحاسبي المالي الجديد على جميع القوائم المالية المعتمدة، وكذا تحقيق مستوى عال من الجودة في عرض الكشوف المالية، وإعطاء الصورة الصادقة والواضحة والواقعية للوضعية المالية للمؤسسة الإقتصادية، لكافة مستخدمي القوائم المالية كما أن المؤسسة تكتفي بعرض كل من الميزانية وقائمة الدخل، دون عرض قائمة التدفقات النقدية وقائمة حقوق الملكية. ""This Study aims to know the impact of the Financial accounting system on the presentation of financial statements and this we adopted a field study at the level of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation in Valley، as a sample on the application of the latter in Algerian institutions. To review and analyze some documents and in order to answer the problem.
