معضلة الهجرة السرّية في منطقة السّاحل الإفريقي والصّحراء الكبرى وارتداداتها الإقليمية

Abstract

تهدف الورقة إلى تبيان كيف تحول حوض المتوسط في السنوات القليلة الماضية إلى أكثر الطرق البحرية في العالم خطورة، حسب توصيف المفوضية العليا لشؤون اللاجئين، وهذا بسبب التصاعد الكبير في عدد موجات الهجرة السرية عبر مياهه، سيما وان ما بات مقلقا حقا في هذه الظاهرة هو ليس في أعداد المهاجرين القادمين من شمال إفريقيا ودول جنوب الصحراء في إفريقيا، ولكن في ارتفاع من يموت غرقا من هؤلاء الأفارقة في عرض المتوسط على أمل الوصول إلى شواطئ الضفة الجنوبية للقارة العجوز، وهو ما يطرح العديد من الإشكالات حول الدوافع (نزاعات مسلحة، مجاعة، تصحر...) التي تدفع بملايين البشر في دول الساحل الإفريقي إلى الهروب من دولهم.
