Abstract

نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة للوقوف على تطبيق خطوات المنهج الناتنوغرافي كأبرز المناهج المستخدمة في الدراسات الكيفية للظواهر الاتصالية في البيئة الرقمية، وهذا بغية رصد وتفسير موقف متابعي صفحة الجزيرة.نت على الفيس بوك تجاه المحتويات الإعلامية لطوفان الأقصى الذي اندلع لهيبه يوم السابع أكتوبر من عام 2023، معتمدين في ذلك على تقنية الملاحظة الإلكترونية بالمشاركة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وعلى العينة القصدية في انتقاء عدد من المنشورات الإعلامية، وعلى أسلوب المسح الشامل في الكشف عن تفاعلات متابعي الصفحة تجاه تلك المنشورات المختارة عمديا مع تحليل مدلولاتها الضمنية.Abstract: Through this study, we seek to identify the application of the steps of the natnographic method as the most prominent methods used in the qualitative studies of communication phenomena in the digital environment, in order to monitor and interpret the position of the followers of the Al Jazeera page.In this regard, they relied on the electronic observation technology with participation as a data collection tool, on the intentional sample in selecting a number of media publications, and on the comprehensive survey method in detecting the interactions of the page's followers towards those deliberately selected publications with an analysis of their implicit connotations.
