Abstract

ملخص هذه الدراسة إلى قياس كفاءة وفاعلية نظام التشغيل استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات جودة المراجعة الخارجية عينة من مجموعة من المهنيين والأكاديميين ، بمعرفة مدى مدى وعي التنقيب والإعراق والمعلومات العلمية في مراجعة وفحص درجات. حاولت الدراسة أيضًا الكشف عن الارتباط بين كفاءة وفعالية تكنولوجيا المعلومات من جهة وعناصر جودة المراجعة الخارجية من جهة أخرى. بعد عملية عرض وتحليل وتفسير الفصل المختلفة من الدراسة ، خلصنا إلى أن 96 ٪ من المبحوثين يعتمدون بشكل أساسي على وأن هناك إحصائياً علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كفاءة وفعالية المعلومات المراجعة الخارجية على مستوى الدلالة 0.05 معرفة كافية بالإلكترونية البيئة المحيطة به ، توفر الخبرة المهنية والكفاءة العلمية في جميع مراحل المراجعة.Summary This study aims to measure the impact of the efficiency and effectiveness of the use of information technology on the quality of the external review of a selected sample of a group of professionals and academics, by knowing the extent of this sample's awareness of the importance of using information technology in the review process and assessing the degrees of its use. The study also attempted to reveal the extent of the correlation between Efficiency and effectiveness of information technology, on the one hand, and elements of external audit quality on the other. After the process of presenting, analyzing, and interpreting the various aspects of the study, we concluded that 96% of respondents rely mainly on the electronic system instead of the manual system, and that there is a statistically significant correlation between the efficiency and effectiveness of information technology and the elements of external audit quality at the level of significance δ≤ 0.05, while the auditor must have sufficient knowledge of the electronic environment surrounding him, with the availability of professional experience and scientific competence necessary at all stages of the review process.
