Abstract
تعاني البلدان العربية من انخفاض مستوى التجانس الاقتصادي والسياسي والاجتماعي أحياناً، ولابد من التنبيه إلى خطورة استمرار التباعد الاقتصادي وتراجع العمل العربي الاقتصادي المشترك بين البلدان العربية أياً كانت الخلفيات في ذلك، إذ تظهر بعض المؤشرات أن رغم التقدم الملحوظ لغالبية الدول العربية في اتجاه تحقيق الأهداف الإنمائية للألفية الثالثة خلال الفترة 2012-2000 خاصة في مجالات تعميم التعليم، والرعاية الصحية، وتعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين ومكافحة الفقر، إلا أن هذه الدول لا تزال تواجه تحديات رئيسية تتمثل في ارتفاع معدلات النمو السكاني والبطالة، والحاجة إلى إصلاح التعليم ورفع كفاءة الموارد البشرية، ووفقا لدليل التنمية البشرية تصنف الدول العربية ضمن الدول ذات التنمية البشرية المتوسطة حيث لا تزال تعاني من تدني مستويات التنمية البشرية، وخاصة الدول الأقل نموا ضمن المنطقة العربية Arab countries are suffering from a low level of economic, political and social homogeneity sometimes,
and must be alert to the seriousness of the continuing economic divergence and the decline of joint Arab
economic action among the Arab countries, whatever backgrounds were in it, as some indicators show that
despite the remarkable progress of the majority of Arab states in the direction of achieving the Millennium
Development Goals third Millennium during the period 2012-2000, especially in the areas of universal
education, health care, and promote gender equality and the fight against poverty, but these countries are
still facing major challenges is the high population growth and unemployment, and the need to reform
education and improve the efficiency of human resources, and in accordance with human development
index Arab countries classified as medium human development countries where there are still suffers from
low levels of human development, especially the least developed countries within the Arab region.
