Abstract

"إنّ عملية صنع السياسة العامة تدخل فيها عده متغيرات ولعل أبرزها تأثيرات البيئة الخارجية حيث ان هذا التأثير يكون متفاوتة حسب قوه كل طرف. ان تأثير البيئة الخارجية على صنع السياسة العامة في الجزائر يخضع الى الظروف الاقتصادية والسياسية التي تمر بها حيث ان شروط صندوق النقد الدولي على الجزائر في القرن الماضي وجهك كل البرامج الاقتصادية والسياسية فأصبحت عمليه صنع السياسة العامة في الجزائر غير مستقله وبالتالي يمكن القول ان العوامل الخارجية تؤثر على صنع السياسة العامة حسب الحالة التي تمر بها الدولة.
