Simulation et optimisation de fonctionnement du ballon de séparation D-104/B au niveau de L’UTGA

Abstract

"One of the most significant problems that has become a major obstacle in the TFT region (Tin Fouye Tabankort) and threatens its production is the recurrent clogging of filters (V-301A/B), as well as the obstruction of heat exchangers (E-402, E-403A/B), which is likely caused by the initial separation of liquids in the separation vessel (D-104A/B). Therefore, in our study, we investigated the liquid ratio at the outlet of the separation vessel in relation to the gas side. The simulation software HYSYS was used to study the improvement of the separation process in the vessel. We utilized computer modeling and simulation to analyze and enhance the performance of the E-102/B air cooler. Various factors influencing the separation process were examined, such as temperature, pressure, and liquid level in the gas." "اِن من اهم المشاكل التي اصبحت تشكل عائقا كبيرا على منطقة TFT(تين فوين تبنكورت( ويهدد انتاجها، هو االنسداد المتكرر للمرشحات (B/A-301V(إضافة الى انسداد المبادالت الحرارية (B/A-403E-402,E(، والتي من المحتمل سببها االنفصال االولي للسوائل في كرة الفصل)البالون( (B/A-104D(، ولذلك في دراستنا هذه قمنا بالتحقق من نسبة السوائل عند مخرج كرة الفصل بالنسبة لجهة الغاز . وتم استخدام برنامج المحاكاة(Hysys (لدراسة تحسين عملية الفصل في البالون، حيث قمنا بإستحدام النمذجة الحاسوبية و المحاكاة لتحليل و تحسين أداء المبرد B-102/E، و تمت دراسة مختلف العوامل المؤثرة في عملية الفصل ، مثل درجة الحرارة و الضغط و مستوى السوائل في الغاز"
