The current study aimed to determine the nature of the relationship between burnout and emotional maturity and whether levels of burnout differ based on gender and years of experience. The sample included 45 nurses from various hospital departments in the Skikda province. To answer the study's questions, we used two scales: the first was Maslach's Burnout Inventory, and the second was the Emotional Maturity Scale. The results revealed a negative correlation between burnout and emotional maturity, as well as differences in burnout levels attributed to gender and years of professional experience.
