| dc.description.abstract | إن وفرة الموارد الطبيعية بشكل عام وموارد النفط بشكل خاص في دولة ما له آثار إيجابية وأخرى سلبية، إذ تتجلى نعمة هذه الموارد في العوائد المالية التي تحصلها هذه الدول والتي تساعد على زيادة الدخل القومي وكذا الفردي ، وتتجلى نقمة هذه الموارد في زيادة اتكال الدولة على هذه الموارد الناضبة مما يشجع القطاع الإستخراجي على غيره من القطاعات الإنتاجية الأخرى فيؤدي إلى ظهور اختلالات مستمرة تعرف بأعراض المرض الهولندي، وتعتبر الجزائر من بين الدول التي تعاني من أعراض هذه الظاهرة فالتحسن في شروط التبادل بالنسبة للجزائر قد سمح لها بأن تتوفر على موارد مالية معتبرة، لكن المفارقة تكمن في أن استخدام هذه الموارد أدى إلى تشوهات خطيرة في أنظمتها الإنتاجية. the features of modern economic growth is that economies abundant in natural resources have tended to grow slower than economies without substantial natural resources, The abundance has positive and negative effects, with the blessing of these resources is reflected in the financial revenue collected by these countries, which helps to increase the national and individual income, as well, and reflected a curse these resources in increased dependence state this resources depleted, which encourages sector extractive on the other productive sectors leads to the emergence of persistent imbalances know the symptoms of Dutch disease, Algeria is among countries that suffer from this phenomenon, the trade improvement in Algeria has been allowed to available financial resources, considering but the contradiction is that the misused of these resources has led to serious distortions in the productive systems. | en_US |
