Abstract

" ملخص تعتبر عملية تدقيق في الحسابات الضريبية في أي مؤسسة اقتصادية ذات أهمية قصوى لما تمثله الضرائب والرسوم من هاجس لا يعيق نشاطها فقط بل واستمرا رايتها. وهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان دور محافظ الحسابات ومدى تأثيره في تدنئة المخاطر الجبائية, باعتبار أن عملية التدقيق التي يقوم بها هي إحدى المحددات الرئيسية في اتخاذ القرارات داخل المؤسسة. وقد تم التوصل من خلال الدراسة التي اعتمدنا فيها على طرح أسئلة استقصائية للأطراف ذات العلاقة وكذا الدراسة التطبيقية التي أبرزت تأثير مهمة محافظ الحسابات في النتائج المتوصل إليها والتي سعى من خلالها إلى تدنئة المخاطر الجبائية وكذلك حماية وترشيد المؤسسة الاقتصادية""

The audit of tax accounts in any economic institution is of great importance to what taxes and fees represent of obsession that not to limits involvement only, but hinders their continuity as well. The object or aim of this study is to clarify the role of external auditor and his impact on elimination of tax risks.
