dc.description.abstractخلصت الدراسة الي أن تجربة التمويل المقدم من ديوان الزكاة للمشروعات الصغيرة المتوسطة كالتمويل الذى قدم لمصنع الملبوسات الجاهزة بمدينة عطبرة بولاية نهر النيل بالسودان؛ ساهم إلى حد ما من تقليل حدة الفقر بالولاية؛ وكما ساهم أيضا في زيادة حجم الوعاء الزكوي من خلال تشغيل الطبقات الفقيرة التى كانت تعتمد على مصرف الزكاة كدخل تعتمد عليه في أشباع حاجياتها الضرورية من السلع والخدمات، توصلت الدراسة كذلك إلي وجود علاقة طردية بين المتغيرين المستقلين حجم التمويل وحجم العمالة وبين المتغير التابع الكميات المنتجة، حيث أنه كلما كان حجم التمويل أكبر تزيد الكميات المنتجة وكذلك حجم العمالة لها تأثير إيجابي: على أستغلال الموارد الاقتصادية المتاحة إستغلال أمثل الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى تقليل ظاهرة الفقر. و توصلت الدراسة ايضا إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين حجم السكان وعدد الفقراء لدى الدول الفقيرة، بمعنى أنه كلما ما كانت الدولة فقيرة وتعاني من مشكلة التمويل لمشروعاتها الإنتاجية لدى مجتمعها كلما أنعكس ذلك على زياد حجم الفقراء لديها. The study comes up with the result that assures the contribution of funding offered by zakat to the small medium Projects such as finance. The funding is offered to the ready- made clothing in Atbara in the River Nile state shows to same what a clear advantage in reducing poverty range in the state. In addition to that, the funding contributes in increasing zakat size through providing vacations for the poor classes that used to depend on zakat offer in order to satisfy their essential needs of goods and services. The study also finds a direct correlation between the two in dependent variables: the size of funding and size of employment, moreover, there is a correlation between the dependent variable and the produced quantities. As whenever the funding size is greater than the produced quantities increased. Moreover, the employment has a positive effect on the utilization of available economic resources in the best way. This in turrets leads to reduce poverty phenomenon. Further correlation between the size of population and the number of poor people in poor countries, i.e whenever the state is poor and suffers from financing problem for its productive projects of the society this is reflected in increasing the size of poor people of that state.en_US
