دور السياسة النقدية في مساندة السياسة المالية لتحسين المستوى المعيشي في الجزائر ما بين 2000-2020

Abstract

"لقد احتاج الفكر الاقتصادي لزهاء عشر عقود مليء بعواصف الأزمات الاقتصادية كان لهبوبها الأثر البارز في تغيير القناعات والذهنيات المتشددة ، الرافضة لتدخل الدولة في النشاط الاقتصادي ، ليتم بذلك رفع الحظر عنها ، وتوجيه سهام الانتقاد فقط الى حجم هذا التدخل ، و الذي كان من أوجهه تذليل السياسات المالية والنقدية ، التي تصبو لبلوغ عديد الغايات الاقتصادية . يعد النمو الاقتصادي من بين أهم ما تسعى السياسات المالية والنقدية في تحقيقه بفضل أدواتها المختلفة ، كما يعتبر بحق الميزان الذي يظهر سلوك الأمم للمنهاج الصحيح نحو الرقي الاقتصادي والاجتماعي ... من عدمه . ان السياسة النقدية في سبيل تحسين المستوى المعيشي في الجزائر ، ضمن مساحة زمنية تشمل السنوات 2000-2020 قد أثمرت جملة من النتائج ، منها ما هو مرتبط بالجزء النظري ، ومنها ما هو متعلق بالجزء التطبيقي ، كما قدمت اختبارا للفرضيات المعدة مسبقا .""It took economic thought for nearly ten decades full of storms of economic crises to blow The prominent effect in changing the extremist convictions and mentalities, which reject state intervention in economic activity; In this way, the ban on it will be lifted, and criticism will be directed only at the size of this intervention, which was aimed at overcoming the financial and monetary policies, which aspire to achieve many economic goals.
