Abstract

ملخص: تحاول هذه الدراسة رصد نماذج لحضور النسق الدّيني ممثّلا في جانبه الفقهي في الرّواية الجزائرية، وذلك من خلال اختيار مدونة بحثية هي رواية مملكة الزّيوان للصديق حاج أحمد وبالاعتماد على المقاربة الثقافية التي تتّكئ على أدوات النّقد الثّقافي وتبحث في الأنساق المضمرة، وقد خلص البحث إلى رصد مجموعة من الجوانب الفقهية ذات البعد الدّيني تجلى منها ما يلي: فقه صراخ المولود، أضحية العقيقة، الحجب في الميراث فقهيا، التأذين في أذن المولود، بوصف هذه المضمرات أنساقا ثقافية ذات بعد ديني وردت بين ثنايا هذا النص.
