النصوص التشريعية في مجال التربية بين النظري والتطبيق

Abstract

ملخص: الدراسة خصصت لفئة المعفيين، من هم بحاجة الى كل الأنشطة بمختلف أنواعها والرياضية خاصة في المؤسسات التربوية، ولكن ما نشهده على ارض الميدان ان هناك تضارب بين ما يشرع من نصوص وما هو مطبق، الدراسة الميدانية أجريت لبعض مؤسسات التربية بالجلفة (الجزائر) لعينة المعفيين وأساتذة المادة وأطباء الصحة المدرسية ومفتشي التربية الوطنية، والنتيجة هي ان هناك فجوات ومفارقات كبيرة بين ما يسن من نصوص تنظيمية وتطبيقها ميدانيا في هذا المجال. Abstract: the study was devoted to the category of those exempted from practicing sports activities, those who need all kinds of activities and sports, especially in educational institutions.) for a sample of those exempted, subject teachers, school health doctors, and national education inspectors, and the result is that there are great gaps and inconsistencies between the enacted regulatory texts and their field application in this field.
