Abstract

This study aims to know the role of electronic administration in improving the quality of public service in Algeria by examining the current status of electronic administration and the services provided to citizens, the extent of the impact of quality and the contribution to improving it, and mentioning the challenges facing the performance of digital service through our reliance on a case study. "CACOBATPH" Based on the descriptive analytical approach and the information available for the years 2017-2018. We have come to the conclusion that the Fund is working to modernize its services, and aspires to achieve the international quality mark, ISO 9001, and the Algerian state’s pursuit of electronic transformation and improving and enhancing the quality of public institution services, through the combined efforts of all public and private institutions and all individuals.
