الاستعجال الدّولي في حالة الأزمات

Abstract

تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تسليط الضّوء على الأزمات الدولية، التي لها آثار وخيمة على المجتمع الدولي، تتطلّب منه التحرّك السّريع والمناسب وفق آليات محدّدة قانونا تكتسي طابع الاستعجال، سواء كان من خلال المنظّمات الدولية العالمية أو المنظمات الإقليمية أو حتى الدّول. وبالرّغم من كثرة الأزمات الدولية في الوقت الراهن، وهي أكثر من أن تحصيه هذه الورقة، غير أن هذه الورقة حاولت أن تستشهد بأزمتين دوليتين (بورما، وسوريا) تعتقد بأنّ لها أثرا بليغا في الجانب الإنساني منها. Abstract: This article aims to shed light on international crises, which have serious implications for the international community, It requires rapid and appropriate action in accordance with specific mechanisms of law as urgent as possible, whether through international and global organizations or regional organizations or even countries. Despite the large number of international crises at the moment, which are uncountable, but this article tried to cite two international crises (Burma, Syria) and believed that its eloquent impact on the humanitarian side.
