Abstract
الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تسليط الضوء على تأثيرات جائحة كورونا كوفيد -19 على قطاع التعليم في الجزائر والتداعيات الناجمة عن عمليات إغلاق المدارس بسبب تفشي الوباء، وتوضيح التحديات التي تعيشها الجزائر جراء ذلك. وكيف ساهم استغلالها للمهارات والأساليب التكنولوجية في استمرارية العملية التعليمة خلال فترة الإغلاق. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن توظيف تقنيات التعليم عن بعد ساهم في استمرارية التعليم والتقليل من انتشار الفيروس في الجزائر، إلا أن هذه العملية واجهتها بعض الصعوبات، سببها نقص الوسائل التقنية وكذا ضعف البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا التعليم عن بعد، إضافة إلى ضعف الشبكة أو عدم توفرها في بعض المناطق. Abstract : The objective of this study is to shed light on the impacts of the Corona
Covid-19 pandemic on the education sector in Algeria, and the implications for school
closures caused by the outbreak of the epidemic, and to clarify the challenges that
Algeria is facing as a result of that. and how its exploitation of the skills and
technological methods contributed to the continuity of the educational process during
the closure period.
The study found that the employing of distance education technologies
contributed to the continuity of education and reduced the spread of the virus in Algeria.
However, this process faced some difficulties, caused by the lack of the technical
means, as well as weak the infrastructure for distance education technology, in addition
to the weakness of the network or its lack of availability in some areas.
