Abstract
تعتبر ظاهرة الأحزاب السياسية ظاهرة اجتماعية تعبر عن ديمقراطية النظام الذي في هذا المجتمع وذاك, فهي تعتبر عن انتشار فكرة تعدد الآراء والأفكار وحرية التعبير، لذلك تعتبر مؤشرا على الديمقراطية. إلا أن نشاط الأحزاب وأساليب عملها متعددة ومختلفة, حسب موقعها ونقلها في الساحة السياسية, وامتثالها لمطالب القاعدة, عادة ما يؤدي إلى إحداث التغير السلمي في المجتمعات، ولكن نتيجة عوامل عديدة ومتداخلة أصبحت الأحزاب تمارس التغيير الثوري أو الجذري للواقع الذي تعيشه، وهذا ما عرفته العديد من البلدان العربية والذي سمي بالربيع العربي. فالأحزاب وظيفتها الاجتماعية إما التعديل أو تغيير الواقع من حالة اجتماعية اقتصادية وسياسية سيء إلى واقع اجتماعي اقتصادي وسياسي أفضل. Abstract: Political parties is considered as social phenomenon which reflects the democracy in political systems. This phenomenon is a publishing of the plurality of opinions and freedom of expression, and so is generally considered as a sign of democracy. For the activities and the work system of political parties vary and depend on their positions and their reactions to the political area, and their reactions to the demands of people, this usually leads to bring about peaceful change in the communities. However many interfering factors lead to that some parties practiced revolutionary or radical change of the real events, and this which happened in many Arab countries is called the Arab Spring. So, the social function of parties is the leading to socio-economic and political real events change to the best.
