جيوبوليتيك النفط في إفريقيا والتنافس الأمريكي- الصيني

Abstract

كانت إفريقيا -ولا تزال- بما تشكّله من مخزون هائل من الموارد الطبيعية الإستراتيجية من أهم مناطق الصراع بدءا بالاحتلال الأوروبي السابق مرورًا بالصراع بين الولايات المتحدة والاتحاد السوفيتي سابقا، وصولاً إلى بروز الصين وقوى صاعدة جديدة كفاعلين جدد في التنافس على مصادر الطاقة. على الرغم من أن القارة الإفريقية ظلت في مرحلة ما بعد الحرب الباردة ساحة لتنافس القوى الكبرى إلا أن بعض الأدبيات تميل إلى اختزال التنافس الدولي في إفريقيا بين قوتين أساسيتين هما الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والصين، ذلك أن التنافس الأمريكي- الصيني على النفط الإفريقي كان الأكثر بروزا من حيث بسط تأثيراتها عليه والسيطرة على مصادره، واستخدامهما كافة الأساليب السياسية والعسكرية والتجارية للحصول عليه. Abstract: Africa- as a huge stockpile of strategic natural resources- was still representing one of the most important areas of conflict starting with former European occupation passing by the conflict between the United States and the former Soviet Union, up to the emergence of China and a new powers as actors in the competition for new energy sources. Although the African continent has been an area of competition in the post-Cold War between the major powers but some hypotheses tend to the reduction of international competition in Africa between two basic powers : the United States and China, so that the American and Chinese competition on African oil was the most prominent in terms of gaining control upon its resources, and using all the political, military and business methods to get it.
