Abstract
ﻣﺎ ﻳﻼﺣﻆ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻻفتصاد اﳉﺰاﺋﺮي ﻫﻮ ﻫﻴﻤﻨﺔ اﶈﺮوﻗﺎت ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺼﺎدرات ﺣﻴﺚ وﺻﻠﺖ ﻧﺴﺒﺘﻬﺎ إﱃ 98% ﰲ اﻟﺴﻨﻮات اﻷﺧﲑة ﳑﺎ ﺳﺘﻜﻮن ﻟﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﺋﺞ وﺧﻴﻤﺔ ﰲ ﺣﺎل انهيار أﺳﻌﺎر اﶈﺮوﻗﺎت واﻟﱵ ﻫﻲ ﺷﺪﻳﺪة اﳊﺴﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﺘﻐﲑات اﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﻴﺔ و اﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎدﻳﺔ و الإﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ اﻟﱵ ﲢﺪث ﰲ اﻟﻌﺎﱂ إﺿﺎﻓﺔ إﱃ أن اﶈﺮوﻗﺎت ﻫﻲ ﻣﻦ اﳌﻮاد اﻟﻨﺎﺿﺒﺔ اﻵﻳﻠﺔ ﻟﻠﺰوال.
وﻳﻌﺘﱪ اﻟﻘﻄﺎع اﻟﺰراﻋﻲ ﻣﻦ أﻫﻢ اﻟﻘﻄﺎﻋﺎت اﻟﱵ ﲤﻠﻚ اﳉﺰاﺋﺮ ﻓﻴﻪ إﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﺎت ﻛﺒﲑة ﲢﺘﺎج إﱃ اﺳﺘﻐﻼﳍﺎ وﺗﻄﻮﻳﺮ ﻃﺮق ووﺳﺎﺋﻞ اﻹﻧﺘﺎج ﳑﺎ ﻳﺴﺎﻫﻢ ﰲ ﺗﻨﻤﻴﺔ اﻟﺼﺎدرات اﳉﺰاﺋﺮﻳﺔ وﻣﻦ أﻫﻢ ﻫﺬﻩ اﳌﻨﺘﺠﺎت: اﻟﺘﻤﻮر، اﻟﺰﻳﺘﻮن، اﳊﻤﻀﻴﺎت، اﻟﺒﻄﺎﻃﺲ، اﻟﻄﻤﺎﻃﻢ، اﳉﺰر، اﻟﻌﻨﺐ، اﳌﺸﻤﺶ.
وﻳﻌﺘﱪ ﻣﻨﺘﻮج البطاطا ﻣﻦ أﻫﻢ اﳌﻨﺘﺠﺎت اﻟﱵ ﳝﻜﻦ أن ﺗﺴﺎﻫﻢ ﰲ ﺗﻨﻤﻴﺔ اﻟﺼﺎدرات ، ﺑﺎﻋﺘﺒﺎر أن اﳉﺰاﺋﺮ ﻣﻦ أﻫﻢ اﻟﺪول اﳌﻨﺘﺠﺔ ﻟﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻴﺚ اﻟﻜﻤﻴﺔ واﻟﻨﻮﻋﻴﺔ
What is observed on the Algerian economy is the dominance of hydrocarbons over exports which have reached 98%in recent years. This may have bad consequences in case oil prices collapse of fuel prices, taking into account that these are related to political, economic and social variables occurring in the world .Besides, hydrocarbons are vital, yet they are on the way of disappearing.
The agricultural sector is of one of the most important ones that Algeria owns, and that is required to develop its way and means of production, which contributes to the development of Algerian exports. The most important products are: dates, olives, citrus, potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, grapes, and apricots.
potatoes are considered as the most important products that can contribute to the development of exports, since Algeria is one of the most important producing countries in terms of quantity and quality
