تحليل قياسي للشمول المالي وتأثيره على النمو الاقتصادي في بعض الدول العربية

Abstract

This research paper aims to determine the impact of financial inclusion variables on economic growth in some Arab countries (Algeria, Egypt, Tunisia) during the period from 2005 to 2022. To achieve the research objectives, the study employs a time-series cross-sectional approach, applying the staticpanel : the pooled regression model, the fixed effects model, and the random effects model. To determine and select the mostappropriate model, the study relies on the Fisher test and the Hausman test. Subsequently, the model parameters we reestimated using the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method, with the assistance of Eviews10 software. The results of the studyshowed a significant positive impact of the variable "number of borrowers from commercial banks" (bcb), while the impact of the variable "number of commercial bank branches" (brcb) wassignificant and negative.
