قلق العقم لدى النساء تاخر الانجاب

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على قلق العقم لدى النساء المتأخرات في الانجاب من خلال تطبيق مقياس تايلور للقلق الصريح باستخدام المنهج الاستكشافي الوصفي وقد تم اختيار هذا الموضوع انطلاقا من ملاحظة هذه المشكلة في المحيط الاجتماعي التي أصبحت منتشرة بكثرة في العصر الحالي وقد تطرقنا في بحثنا هذا إلى جانبين \الجانب النظري ويضم فصلين الفصل الأول خاص بالقلق النفسي والذي يعرف على انه شعور غامض غير سار بالوجس والخوف والتحفز والتوتر مصحوب ببعض الإحساسات الجسمية الخاصة الفصل الثاني خاص بالعقم وهو عدم المرأة على الانجاب بعد عام من الزواج رغم وممارسة علاقة جنسية سليمة حميمية بسبب مشاكل عضوية وفيما يخص الجانب التطبيقي فقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الاستكشافي الوصفي وقد قمنا باختيار العينة بطريقة قصديه تمثلت في تطبيق مقياس القلق الصريح لتايلور كما ضمت العينة 20 امرأة متأخرة في الانجاب وقد توصلنا إلى وجود قلق مرتفع من القلق لدى النساء المتأخرات في الانجاب

Study summary This study aims to identify the anxiety of infertility among women who are late in childbearing through the application of the Taylor scale for explicit anxiety using the descriptive exploratory approach. This topic was chosen based on the observation of this problem in the social environment, which has become widespread in the current era. In our research, we have dealt with two aspects: the theoretical side, and it includes two chapters The first chapter is concerned with psychological anxiety, which is defined as a vague, unpleasant feeling of anxiety, fear, stimulation, and tension accompanied by some special bodily sensations. The second chapter is concerned with infertility, which is the woman’s refusal to have children after a year of marriage, despite practicing a healthy, intimate sexual relationship due to organic problems. With regard to the applied side, we relied on the descriptive exploratory approach, and we chose the sample in an intentional way, which was the application of the express anxiety scale of Taylor.
