dc.description.abstractJurisprudence of budgets or jurisprudence of contradiction and preference is considered an undisputed jurisprudential work. It is a science that must be known by the science student so as to control the jurisprudence of facts. This research displays the role of this jurisprudence to know the ways of legitimate provisions extraction, in particular the case of absence of proper explicit text and showing its effect in making the provisions on the facts and recent developments. This research has combined the theoretical rooting of jurisprudence of budgets and some contemporary applications in the medical field through an introduction, three sections and conclusion. The introductory section has taken care of showing the concept of budgets and mentioning the evidence of its legality. The first section has particularized to mention the adopted mechanisms in budget between interests and damages. In the third section I have some medical issues that jurisprudence of budgets had a big effect in guiding their legitimate provisions. The conclusion has displayed some results and recommendations that have been reached.en_US
