طرق استثمار الوقف في المجال الزراعي دراسة حالة السودان

Abstract

عالجتُ في هذه الدراسة موضوع "طرق استثمار الوقف في المجال الزراعي دراسة حالة السودان" فهدفتُ إلى توضيح أن استثمار الوقف يعد وسيلة لها أهمية في تنمية العديد من المجالات واقتصرتُ دراستي على المجال الزراعي خاصة, وللإجابة على الإشكال الرئيسي للدراسة" إلى أي مدى نجح نظام الوقف في مجال الاستثمار الزراعي؟ وما هي الطرق التي اعتمدتها السودان في استثمار الوقف الزراعي؟" اتبعت الخطة المتمثلة في مبحث تمهيدي يحتوي على مفاهيم أولة حول الاستثمار والوقف واستثمار الوقف كمركب إضافي و ثلاثة مباحث يحتوي كل منهم على عدد من المطالب يندرج تحتهم عدة فروع. ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها من خلال هذه الدراسة: جواز استثمار الوقف بجميع الصيغ الإسلامية في حدود ضوابط الشريعة الإسلامية, وأن التجربة السودانية في استثمار الوقف الزراعي لازالت لم تتطور بشكل كبير بعكس الاستثمارات الوقفية العقارية فقد خاضت فيها شوطا كبيرا. In this study, I treated "The Waqf Investment Means in the Agricultural Field, Sudan Case Study". I wanted to clarify that Waqf's investment is an important means in the development of many areas. My study focuses mainly on the agricultural field to answer the main question of the study: how well the Waqf plan has succeeded in the agricultural field, and what are the means adopted by the Sudan in the investment of agricultural Waqf? I have adopted the preliminary study plan containing: - Preliminary concepts on investment, Waqf and Waqf investment as an additional component. - Three chapters each containing many sections and subtitles. Among the most important results obtained through this study: the possibility of investment of the Waqf in all the Islamic formulas according to the Islamic law. The experience of the Sudan in the investment of agricultural Waqf is not yet developed in a significant way contrary to the investments of Waqf real estate.
