تتلخص فكرة هذا الموضوع في تركيزه على الإجابة على الأسئلة الآتية:ما مدى مشروعية بيع ثمار الأشجار والمحاصيل الزراعية قبل بدو صلاحها؟ وما هي العلامات التي يتحقق بها بدو الصلاح ؟ وما الشروط التي يجب أن تتوفر لكي يحكم بإباحة بيع ثمار الأشجار والمحاصيل الزراعية قبل ظهور صلاحها ؟ وما حكم بيع الثمار التي تتلاحق بالتدرج؟ وهل يجوز إخضاع المستور في الأرض قبل قلعه للبيع أم لا؟. Abstracts The idea of this subject is to focus on answering the following questions : Is the sale of fruits or Agricultural crops licit before ripeness or not ? What are the signs of fruit ripening ? What are the conditions that must be available in order to be the sale of fruits and crops licit , before ripening ? What is the ruling on selling fruit in a gradual ripening? Is it permissible to sell hidden fruits in the ground before pulling or not?
