    هذه الورقة البحثية تسعى لدراسة البنية التشريعية للقوانين المنظمة لحرية الصحافة في الجزائر، ومدى تأثرها بالأوضاع السياسية والاقتصادية والتحولات التي عرفاها منذ الاستقلال، وذلك بمناقشة وتحليل المضمون العام لتلك القوانين والظروف التي صيغت فيها، مع التركيز على نقاط قوتها وضعفها والثغرات التي تمثل تحديات أمام المشرع ومهنيي قطاع الصحافة على حد سواء، ومن ثمة الوقوف على طبيعة علاقة السلطة في الجزائر بقطاع الصحافة وأساليب احتكارها لنشاطها.This paper seeks to study the legislative structure of laws governing press freedom in Algeria, and their impact on the political and economic conditions and transformations they have known since independence, by discussing and analyzing the general content of those laws and the circumstances in which they were formulated, With a focus on its strengths and weaknesses and gaps that pose challenges for lawmakers and press professionals alike, Finally, I would like to know the relation of power in Algeria to the press sector and the methods of its monopoly on its activity.
