    ملخص: هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الكشف عن وجود علاقة من عدمها بين ظاهرة تعدد السلطة وأحد الظواهر التنظيمية الأخرى ألا وهي تلاؤم الأفراد مع البيئة الداخلية للمنظمة وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية أجريت بمستشفى الشهيد بن عمر الجيلاني بالوادي، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي كما استهدفت فئة الممرضين، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين تعدد السلطة وتلاؤم الممرضين مع البيئة الداخلية للمستشفى. Abstract :This research paper aimed to reveal whether there is a relationship or not between the phenomenon of multiple authority and one of the other organizational phenomena, which is the compatibility of individuals with the internal environment of the organization, through a field study conducted at the Martyr bin Omar Al-Jilani Hospital in Al-Wadi. The study used the descriptive approach and targeted a group Nurses, as the study found a relationship between multiple authority and nurses’ compatibility with the internal environment of the hospital
